1. General terms:

  • The Resort Center POLSKIE MORZE (hereinafter: Center) provides short-term accommodation with no additional services required in hotel facilities and is open in its business hours 24h/day
  • The person in charge of the Center is Marcin Gdaniec (TAX ID: 8511093691), ul. Grunwaldzka 74, 72-346 Pobierowo, http://www.noclegi-pobierowo.pl.

  • Stay within the Center means that you know and accept the following Terms of Service.
  • No trade, hazard, promotion or advertising is permitted within the Center without the consent of the Center’s Director.
  • The Center allows no mass meetings, especially stag nights and hen nights or any sports fan meetings.
  • The Center is not liable for any objects left or lost by the Guests within the Center, including any objects left in the motor vehicles.
  • GDPR Privacy Policy is available on the Center’s website and sent with the booking contract on request.
  • Within the understanding of this Terms of Service, a Guest is considered any person that registered themselves at the Center in relation to the booking of a house and stays at the Center in the given time.

1. Rules of accommodation

  • The Guests may be given accommodation within the Center according to this Terms of Service, pricelist available on the website and the booking terms specified in the booking contract.
  • Booking of houses within the Center is done only by phone or e-mail.
  • Upon booking, a booking contract is sent to the given e-mail which is to be read and approved.
  • Booking is done to a natural person, organizational unit with no legal entity or a legal person – that will make payments and to which a final VAT invoice will be issued.
  • Upon submission of booking, 30% of accommodation price (prepayment) will be collected. The deadline for payment will be established individually and included within the booking contract.
  • The other amount, that is 70% of the accommodation price must be paid when registering at the Center. Payment may be done only with cash.
  • Whole booking may be paid via bank transfer. In this case, a Guest will show a proof of payment for the stay.
  • On the first booking day a Guest shall pay an additional house cleaning fee of gross PLN 80.00-100.00 depending on the type of house and length of stay. The Guests are exempt from this fee over 5 days of stay.
  • Booking becomes effective when prepayment is made and the Center’s account is credited. Failure to pay the prepayment within the date specified in the booking contract means that booking expires.
  • Payment of prepayment means approval of the documents indicated in section 1.
  • In exceptional, unforeseen cases, a Guest may be given a different house than indicated in the booking contract of the same or higher standard.
  • The house may be used by only the number of persons as indicated in the booking contract. For example, a 9-people house is to be used by 9 persons, including children.
  • Exceeding the number of persons staying in a house without advising the Center will cause the whole booking to be cancelled with no possibility to have money paid back.
  • The Center is not required to provide so-called additional bed.
  • All the persons entering the area of the Center and wanting to have accommodation are required to make a refundable deposit of PLN 200.00/house that will be returned on the day of departure upon giving out the house under the condition that the guests used accommodation according to par .1. In case of any damage/devastation, the deposit will be used for repair of any damage/devastation found. The Center may even claim the whole amount of compensation from a Guest.
  • The Center’s Manager or its authorized persons may refuse accommodation to any persons:
    - Who are under influence of alcohol or drugs;
    - Who are aggressive in a vulgar way;
    - Who have not advised the management on any organized events (stag nights, hen nights, football season conclusion events, school year conclusion events, etc.)
  • Cancellation of booking by a Guest:

    - Within a period longer than 30 days from the planned stay, causes that the prepayment amount will be returned in whole within 30 days from submission of booking cancellation statement to the bank account known to the Center;
    - Within a period longer than 30 days from the planned stay, causes that the prepayment amount will not be returned and the Center may claim payment for the whole booking period.
  • Failure to check in at the Center until 11.00 p.m. of the first day of the stay will mean resignation from the whole stay with all the consequences unless a Guest advises the Center’s director or any other authorized person on the arrival at a different time.
  • 2. Rules of stay

    • A guest is given the keys to the house in presence of the Center’s staff.
    • Upon being given the keys to the house, a Guest becomes a materially liable person for objects given for use. Any visible defects/damage/shortage should be advised to the Center within the first hour of stay. A Guest is liable for any identified and not reported defects/damage/shortage in equipment.
    • Lost key or remote for the entrance gate will result in payment of the fee of PLN 100.00.
    • Special care should be kept when closing doors and windows when leaving a house. In houses, guests are not allowed to:
      - Smoke/consume drugs;
      - Walk with high heel shoes;
      - Bring out any objects being house equipment (such as furniture, blankets);
      - Leave unattended any cables and electric devices under voltage.

    3. Ordering rules

    • When staying at the Center, a Guest agrees to behave in a manner to ensure safety: to yourself, other Guests and the Center’s property.
    • Persons who interrupt peace and order at the Center may be removed with no right to any compensation or refund for their stay.
    • Playing loud music at the Center is not allowed.
    • Hotel day is from 3 p.m. until 10 a.m. of the next day.
    • Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. of the next day.
    • From 8 p.m. until 8 a.m., the reception is closed. Arrivals/ departures at this time should be arranged individually.
    • Stay of youth and children below 18 years old is allowed only attended by the mature persons.
    • Persons who have not checked in at the Center and stay after 10 p.m. must immediately leave it under forced removal by authorized authorities and payment of cash penalty in the amount equal to one hotel day for each day of illegal stay.
    • Bonfires are not allowed within the Center.
    • Barbeque may not be fired up at least 2 meters from the buildings. Waste after barbeque should be filled with water and placed where designated by the Center staff.
    • First aid kit is at the reception.
    • Any damage caused by Guests are settled at the Center. If a cost of repair cannot be determined right away, a cost estimate within 7 days is allowed. The Center may prepare a damage report and advise the Guest.
    • Cleanliness and order should be kept within the Center. Cleaning agents are made available on request. Any permanent dirt or defects should be notified to the Center staff on regular basis.
    • Before leaving the Center, room should be cleaned and waste need to be placed into waste containers.
    • The Center allows pets of up to 10 kg having a valid health/vaccination book with the exception of aggressive, ill, poisonous animals or any other animals that are dangerous to the Guests.
    • Guests need to advise that they want to arrive to the Center with a pet at the time of booking so that it is included in the booking contract.
    • A guest:
      - Is the only person liable for the pet;
      - Needs to lead out a pet within the Center with a muzzle (if possible, given the type of pet);
      - Provides bedding and food, etc. on its own;
      - Provides that the pet will not stay within the area of playground, restaurants and sanitary facilities (unless it is a guide dog).

    4. Rules of vehicle parking

    • Persons who enter the Center’s area with a motor vehicle (cars/motorbikes/scooters) may use one parking place assigned to the house which is specified in the booking contract. Use of more parking places is allowed upon Center’s consent and arrangement in the booking contract.
    • Parking in not designated places is not allowed.
    • Parking cars not indicated in the booking contract is not allowed.
    • If any vehicles not belonging to the Guests are parked within the Center, a cash penalty of PLN 200.00 will be imposed for every hour.
    • Car park within the Center is not guarded.
    • The Center is not liable for any vehicles left or property therein.

    5. Final terms

    • Guests who use the Center agree to comply with the terms of this Terms of Service and also health and safety provisions and fire provisions as well as follow the instructions of the management and the staff.
    • Any complaints in respect of improperly provided services should be immediately notified to the Center’s Director.
    • The Terms of Service becomes effective as of 01.01.2019.
